A traffic stop was initiated, however, the operator disregarded the police officer signal, and fled on Delaware Park Drive. The trooper observed the motorcycle commit several additional traffic violations, including failing to stop at a red light, no registration plate, and not having its headlight or taillights on. On October 29, 2023, at approximately 6:56 a.m., a trooper on patrol in the area of Kirkwood Highway and Harmony Road observed a motorcycle traveling at a high rate of speed eastbound on Kirkwood Highway. The Delaware State Police arrested 41-year-old Zachary Orr of New Castle, Delaware, for multiple felony offenses after a pursuit that took place in Wilmington this morning.
